Al Sallustio's message of 12/08/2008 makes a good point. I check the site once or twice a week to check the Guestbook and look for familiar names. I noted that John Ames, whom I have not seen since the Louisville, KY reunion, is alive and flourishing. Gott sei dank. With that said, I am John McLaughlin and served with Tank Co. 3d Bn. 2d A/C at Augsburg and Amberg. See you later!

A few months ago I had promised an officer stationed in Stuttgart Germany that I would pass on word that he/they were looking for memorabilia from Constabulary Troopers to use in a museum display at the European HQs and also in Grafenwohr being used for trainig. If you have anythng send to:
LTC David S. Jones CMR 480 BOX 407
APO AE 09128. You might want to write first to be sure you are not duplicating an item.
He is the officer who helped get our
memorial made and arranged the dedication ceremony.

I notice there are not many "troopers"
signing in lately. In the past I would
log in and read 4or 5 new entry's almost weekly. Are our fellow troopers
losing interest in our organization? Or are we getting older and forget about our great web page and the fine
work and efforts Irene puts in to keep this organization informed on all matters related to it. Anyway that is just my observations lately.
In any event Roberta and I want to wish all or fellow Troopers and their families a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY, HEALTHY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
