My husbands grandmother was Rosetta Elizabeth Trevett (born ca 1850) daughter of William Trevett,deceased, his occupation had being Engraver. She married James Nicholas Browning Drewe, March 17-1868. Witness included George Silvester Trevett and Dinah Drewe. Have copy of marriage certificate. They emigrated to Canada in 1873. Rosetta passed away in Winnipeg in 1926.

I love this site. My grandfather was Charles Filmore Trivett of Ash Co. N.C. I descend from William and Lydia Latham Trivett. There is a John, Richard and Samuel Trivet[sic]on the York Co., Me. 1790 census. I believe we will find answers there. Samuel Trivett lists his parents both being born in Me. on the N.C. census, so whether his father is Johnor Richard, were sure they were born in Me.Thanks Again.
