For one thing, why is she signing the guestbook almost 1 yr after he went missing (a self conscious call?) this would not look so suspicious if she had left this around the time he dissapeared in which she was probably being questioned, so that his family would know that she was there if needed. But instead, she waits almost a year to show her help. The one sentence that deffinitely speaks out is I wish there was something I could do, and that things would have ended differently This sentence is referring to that moment, and maybe she did not word it out correctly. If she is saying "and that things would have ended differently" then is not really "I wish there was something I could do" it's I WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD HAVE DONE, AND THAT THINGS WOULD HAVE ENDED DIFFERENTLY (don't u think?) But worst of all is, that we all know of, there is no ending. He is missing, but there has not been and ending, if she wishes "things would have ended differently" then she knows of something that happened that night that she wishes would not have happened. continued below...

Another thing, I read in one of the articles (NBC dateline link on http://www.medicine.osu.edu/brianshaffer/) that those girls were Clints friends. They had been there for less than 1hr wouldn't it be normal for Clint to also go outside to chat w/ both girls and Brian? Specially since they are shown leaving the place 13 min after Brian was right in the entrance (were the girls just distracting him for a reason) Brian went back in at the same time Clints friends did, he did not stay out and seen later going back in alone. What did they do after they went back in? because if his friends were really looking for him going to bathrooms and all, and they left 13min after Brian went back inside, then they must have crossed eachother inside. His friends say they called Brian's phone and he did not answer, did the police check Clint's cellphone records to confirm them attempting to call Brian? once you call and a voicemail answers, that record does not show on the one u r calling, but from the calling cell,if you get the voicemail, it's just as if some 1 had picked up, and the # gets recorded in their records. The guys knew he was with Clints friends, if clint and the other were really looking for him, then one of the things must have been looking for the girls that Clint knew to ask for him (or were the girls also not found by Clint and the other friend) Did Clint call the two girls (his friends) to advise they were leaving, and asked for Brian. They had not been there for an hour, if his friends look for him like they really say they did including looking around, even the bathroom, calling Brian (more than 1 time I hope) calling those girls to see if they were with him, and this is being done in a crowded bar, I think only that would take u close to an hour. Unless they did see him and pretended as if they didn't. Were the girls seen leaving the bar?

On Brians about me on myspace he says he does not want 2 be a doctor, that he wants to be in a band, and his friends say they saw him going to talk to the band did police question the band? I hate the fact that in all the articles reporters say Brian had been drinking so much and so on. From the way he is seen on the video when talking with the girls, his balance seems pretty good to me, if he would have been as drunk as they say, he would have not been able to stand straight just like he did. Well, maybe all these points I have come accross, you already know and have answers for, but maybe one of the things I pointed out was not one that you thought of, as my mother always says "dos cabezas piensan mejor que una" two heads think better than one. I hope they question the girls and his friends again, when someone tells a lie, if they are confronted about the same issue again a long time after they lied, almost all the time there is something in what they say now, that contradicts what they first said. When a person lies, most of the time they do not plan what they are going to say, it is usually a quick unthought of response to what they have been asked, so if they are asked the same thing time and time, sooner or later, they don't recall exactly what they said, and that is how u catch a lier. I like everyone else am astonished that this sourt of thing can happen, with the technology forensics have now a days. I am sorry for what I am going to say, but I have the feeling if Brian would have been somehow related to anyone in the police of the detectives, they would have found answers already.
