I have a larger 3 ft corn snake, I now know to be female.... And a smaller skinny 1 1/2 ft corn snake... She laid eggs! Are they fertile? What to do????

Wonderful site! I want a corn snake myself but my mother is terrified of snakes! She can't even look at a picture or be a near a worm because it reminds her of them. I've been trying to persuade my parents but they gave me a firm no each time. Even though I most likely can't get a corn snake now, I hope i can get one once I am in college, since I will be away from my terrified mother. P.S. Shaggy and Alice are beautiful!
