I enjoyed visiting your Corn Snakes website. The topic you’re featuring is of special interest to us. We have a story about snake in our new book GOD’S MESSENGERS: What Animals Teach Us about the Divine. The story titled “God’s Love and the Snake” was written by Sam Dufu who is from Nyadrom, Ghana. It is about Sam when he was a little boy. He ate an orange and threw the peels to a snake to eat while visiting his grandmother’s home in the nearby village. She taught him to fear the snake. Later, he learned that as a child, love had been stronger than a learned fear of snakes. Visit us at www.angelanimals.net if you would like more details about our book and why we think sharing stories about the human/animal spiritual bond is important. Thanks.
