kajari, the effort is a nice one. but as a professional I thought of posting one message. kajari... all these web pages are actually user Interfaces...any there are a set of guidelines set by microsoft about user interfaces which is widely followed in the industry as Best Practices. i have also motivated m,y team to follow those. if u want i can mail u that strategy document which i have published here. secondly, one major point about web page. this is a very preliminary thing...the web page should have one top frame...one left frame. on the top frame logos will be there. on the left frame menus will be there. these menus will be expanded and collapsed. I will send u a sample screenshot of my project at onsite. u will understand seeing that

Dear Kajaridi, The web page is gr8.Some photographs are not loading-probably u have not uploaded them.Thoughts might be given to the improvement in navigation thru the links.But there 'is' and 'will be' room for development in everything we create-it will be a gradual process.
