I am a retired Marine Master gunnery Seargent and I am sorry for your lost but equally proud to have such a brave warrior that represented the USA such as Lori. It is a sorry event when anyone loose their life but Lori did it serving her country.

It was very sad to hear of your loss. Your family are in my prayers. The loss of a loved one never goes away however, with time it will ease my children and I lost their father thirteen years ago we were 24 years old the childer were 2, 5, 7 and now my oldest will be 21 in July and I will have my first grandchild born in October. It still hurts some days but when it gets over whelming I look at my beautiful childen he lives through and am able to smile again. I wish all the best to your grandchild and yourselves.
