I'm not sure how many people here are swimmers and how many are spectators. I have no problem with spectators as long as they don't say disrespectful things about OLYMPIC swimmers. Are you an olympic swimmer? No. I didn't think so. Are you an olympic judge? No. I don't think so. I've been swimming competitively since first grade and am going to be swimming for the college I was accepted into. And I'll just clear this up once and for all (in case the final OLYMPIC rulings didn't quite do it for you.) THAT WAS NOT AN ILLEGAL KICK! THE OTHER ATHLETE WHO WAS ACCUSED OF THE SAME THING, DID DO AN ILLEGAL KICK. HE WAS CALLED ON IT AND THEY TOOK THE MEDAL AWAY. Okay? Good. :-) Sorry if I was "too American" for you, but you guys are a leetle "too European" for me. :-/ Mmm. That sucks. And, this is an Aaron FANSITE. Not an Aaron bashing site. Although I'm pretty sure the person who runs it already mentioned that.

Peirsol used illegal kicks at all the three turns in 200M backstroke. His violations were clear in a video. Nobody should try to deny, justify or hide his cheatings. Peirsol must be punished for his shameful conducts. He knows what he is doing.

Ok, this is for all you Euro-trash crybabies out there. I know it's difficult to accept the facts but there is no disputing that Katijima used an illegal dolphin kick when he NARROWLY won the gold medal. In addition, Aarons kick was so completely inconsequential to the outcome of the race he could have swam with one arm and still won. You want Aaron to accept responsibility for his comments? How about you accept responsibility for your hatred of the US and its atheletes by admiting your jealousy and evny of their accomplishments. US atheletes are winning medals because they work harder, train smarter, and have more heart than their competitors (with the exception of the basketball team). Get over yourselves and go wash your Vespa because believe it or not most Americans understand that the only time we're appreciated and admired is when were spilling our blood on your soil for your liberation.
