First and foremost - Grats to Aaron (YOU
rock and are decidedly tasty)! Second - to
all the people who are sadly uneducated: 1.
Comparing the situations of Kitagima and
Peirsol is ridiculous. Even the national
broadcasters were questioning Kitagima
alleged dolphin kick (in a race which was
close enough to effect the outcome.) Also,
his comments about this: good for him! He
stood up for what he believed is right. Free
Speech is a luxury we have here in the
states. Neat - huh? 2. In Peirsol's race, he
was seconds ahead of his closest
competitor. He had no reason to cheat. It
was in the bag...so to call him a malicious
cheater is absurd and illogical. In most
instances, it is beneficial to think things
through before you voice your heated
opinions! ; )

It was really funny to see that Peirsol is the one who was disqualified for an illegal turn and he had to beg all the judges to reclaim the gold medal. He has no right to accuse falsely Kitajima for doing an illegal dolphin kick. I have read the news and it says that judges found nothing wrong with Kitajima's technique. Anyways, Kitajima won 2 gold medals in a row and nobody can blame him anymore. The results proved everything. Shame on you, Peirsol!!
