On behalf of my fellow soldiers and myself my thanks goes out to everyone in support with operation military parents. Out of my 24 months of deployment time you never know when the next will be that you will be able to goto the px, or if the px has what you need. So getting these care packages pay off for all of us soldiers. No matter what is in the care package we appreciate it at all levels. As I gear for my 3rd Deployment in 4 and a half years, I truly know that prayer has came through for me on more then one occasion. Close calls are gods way of saying wake up, and when your a soldier you dont want to many wake up calls. Around the months of November, myself and fellow soldiers need the prayer of any and everyone who is willing to take the time to support us. PFC Beckner 3 Deployments 0 Regrets 3 Armored Cav Reg, 3rd Brigade, 66 MI Ghostrider Company "Brave Rifles" -When you feel like your down and out, listen to the dark wind blows. Turn around and look at that fallen cavalry soldier and know that the Ghostrider has come to fight.

I just wanted to drop by and say thank you to all the brave men and women serving our GREAT COUNTRY! At home and overseas. I finally met Susan and Allen this past week. I think that the job that they do with OMP is remarkable. I get a little more involved each day. I wish I could do more. This past week I received a medal and ribbon which was sent to me earlier in the year, from Ssgt. Chris Hamlin who was KIA in May. It breaks my heart.. to think that he thought me a hero only because I have helped join the cause of helping with donations to OMP, he was so grateful for the Chapstick. I hope he is watching down from heaven and knows that the Chapstick will be back this year and more plentiful. Thank you to each and every service personnel. I love you and I pray that you will be home soon and may God keep you safe. HUGS and much love to you all. And thank you Susan and Allen, I thank God for the day that we met online and now a lasting relationship has come from this. HUGS Edie
