Have lived in Florida for two years and do miss the hot weiners. When my son was in the service, I sent him weiners and sauce. Once of the things he craved from RI.

I have always loved hot weiners since i was a little girl. Every year i have to send my mom (who lives in Florida, but was born and raised in RI) the packets of sauce and about 30 weiners from NYS for X-mas. She freezes them and heats them up when she is in the mood for some. To move out of this state and not have my hot weiners is a crime in it self. I think these are biggest reason i stay...lol
I have brought my kids up to know exactly what is good food and they jump everytime i mention weiners. In the middle of the night you can always find your favorite food in RI. Keep up the good work guys. Keep those weinees a coming!!!! Some of us would say these are a part of our balanced diet...

I was born and raised in Rhode Island. I would do anything to enjoy those wonderful NY System Weiners that I enjoyed eating 45 years ago.

God, I miss rocky point! I was born at Notre Dame in CF and I beleve my vision of heaven will be at the counter of Kip's near the Dalton cinema eating the best damn weiners in the world...Thanks for a great website and the recipies! which will be printed and followed to teach these cajuns there is more to life than cayene!
