My first visit to your site. I found the site while searching for former crew members of E-04 (A B-52 crew) that I was a member of in the 70's. Do you have any list of former crew members ? If so, I'd like to find: Tom C O'Malley; Jack Sonic; Harvey Small; George Flock; Bob Hamrick. Thanks Ken Stevenson

Hello! Hope someone can help with this question. Was the Spruce Goose ever on display at March Field in the 1940s? I was a child in Riverside and recall my Dad taking the family to the Air Base to see "the world's largest airplane" or am I dreaming? Mona - mona@ispwest.com

I was born at March AAFB on march 29, 1934. My father was an enlisted man, and jumped from a Keystone B6 on Feb 26, 1933.
I can provide a little information about that time period if you wish. I was three in 1937 when my father was killed in a Martin B-10 accident at Hamilton AAFB.

While stationed at Wurtsmith AFB,Mich.in 1967, I was hoping to catch a hop to March AFB while on leave to my home in Torrance, CA. Instead, I landed at Castle AFB in a KC-135 and had to take a bus from Atwater to LA. It beat paying to fly on United.
