Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m searching for information and photo’s of the 314th w 330thg 458ths of WWII.
My father was M/sgt Robert D. Pounds and was stationed at Guam during World War II. He was a (FE) Flight Engineer on a B 29 Bomber called the Spanish Fork, UT AKA Heavenly Body K 35 serial number 44-69997 A/C Huff. From what I understand the plane and the crew of the 811 remained there on Guam and in Cuba for almost three years until after the war.
The b 29 was with the 314th Wing, 330th Bomb Group, 458th Bomb Squad until August 1945. Any all information and photos would be very grateful. I need all the help I can get in locating this aircraft and information about the 330th Bg 458th Bs.
Thank you,
John Pounds son of Maj. Robert D. Pounds USAF RET

My children bought a tile in memory of my father, Captain Cecil R Watts, who trained to fly at March and flew P38s and P51s during WWII. I have all of his flight records. I was brought to tears with this. Thanks

Museum Staffers,
Thanks so much for the new WARDOG SECTION to the museum! It is FIRST RATE!
Thanks for helping my buddies in the "FEED THE DOGS" veterans group in setting it up there. My wife REbecca and I attended the last recent dedication ceremony there. While there, you graciously allowed us to set up an info table for the AIR FORCE SECURITY FORCES ASSOCIATION-Calif. Inland Chapter. Thanks! Defensor Fortis! -Larry Breazeale, Msgt.(ret.) Well.........it sure does not look like the March I knew in 1943, things change. But what a great place to have been during WW2. And the California weather! WOW

I have been to your museum once with two of my grandchildren. They had a great time and talked about the trip for a long time. I am looking forward to taking my remaining 13 grandchildren soon.
