May the Bear greet her with strength, the Wolf greet her with swiftness, the Eagle greet her with wisdom, and the great Creator greet her with love. A warrior has has become a wind walker and has traveled home. May she watch over us as we wait for her to greet us on our own journey home.

Our hearts go out to the little ones who lost their precious mother. She was a very special lady/warrior/sister of the Native American people. Although we will miss her, she is in a good place where there is no tears or pain. We will pray for her little ones every day. We hold her in highest esteem; her memory will never fade. Truly she will help us to remember to stand strong and united. Lori has made us proud through a great sacrifice of her own life. Posoh Desert Star!

The first Native American woman warrior to die in combat, how appropriate that she be a Hopi and a Mother. We will pray for her family and we will honor her at out next gourd dance.

I am honored to say that Lori was a fellow American of mine, although I never knew her. I am proud of her as I would be my own daughter. Bless her soul!

I send my most heartfelt condolences to Lori's child and parents. Yet, I rejoice in the honor and bravery she displayed for them, for our country, for all of us. Her spirit, which will be everywhere her family turns, will
live on with the Creator.
