My heart cries out at the loss of this brave young woman who unselfishly gave her life for us. The protestors of this war should have to look unpon the faces of two precious children whos Mother will never return. Her sacrifice made it possible for their "right to protest". May they "reap what they sow".

i was a combat specialist during desert storm. as a single mother of 1 son. i found it terribly hard to serve knowing i could leave my son alone. i feel she was brave not only in being over there, but in having the courage to leave her family and children to serve. i know that she knew they would be taken care of. that is a great thing.i have not the words to express the honor i feel in having such a brave and giving woman protect our country. love and as my dakota relations say mitakoyasin.
