I am one eighth Cherokee, and a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer. I mourn the passing of this brave warrior, fellow soldier, and sister of this earth. May the One who created us all, grant to her friends, her family, her clan, and the Hopi Nation, the peace that passes all understanding.
