As in the years before, Native Blood has once again been spilled for the freedom of the Mother Earth. Lori did not die in vain, but for something so precious. She will be remembered in all the nations around this turtle, for her bravery and there is a special place for her next to the Creator, where the sage and sweetgrass blows in all the directions. It is sad to see our people leave us, but it is a wounderful thing to see how many people really care. I am just sorry that it take time like these to see our people come together. Also it shows people how united Native Americas of all tribes can come together and join in to pray for the families that need us. It is a tragic loss to this young ladies family and to her heratige she defended so proudly. I hope that her children remember her as a Warrior that she was defending herself, beliefs, tribal history and country.
