Our hearts and spirits have followed with Lori, "Lady Warrior", since we first heard of her capture...tears... shed with the family... distance is no barrier to grief. Prayers are with her parents, her son and daughter--for now and for all memory. I speak for myself and especially for my elderly patient who first found Lori's site on the internet. This patient.. a woman in her late 70s suffering from a stroke and wheelchair-bound, lost her husband to WWII, both of her adult children to cancer, and her second husband to a head injury. Lori's capture and death has reverberated within this woman's spirit as nothing else has. She weeps, mourning both her losses, and the loss of Lori.

I learned about Lori through the internet, and am very grateful for this Memorial Page. Her life deserves to be celebrated, and her story should be known by everyone.
