As a Army Reserve medical(RN)officer on active duty at FT Lewis, WA, I proud of what Lori stood for. Having been deployed during the Gulf War to the UAE, it is frightening to leave the safe bounds of our nation. But as we walk down the path of life (no matter how short it might be)not knowing where it will go, we shine our light (spirit) upon all around us.
Lori not only represented the Army and all it stands for, but also the American Indians who are the invisible nation.
We, the Blackfeet, salute you! We ask the Creator to keep her children and family members under his wing in the days and years to come.
