Long time, no talk to... Hope you're doing well. Sharon isn't so lucky. She has started the turn for the ultimate worse.... They want to take fluid out of her liver, looking for parathecies...what ever that is. Can't find it.
Keep her in your prayers...

I had just wanted to bring everyone uptodate on the story written by the Humboldt Beacon/Veteran Denied Hepatitis C claim for Benefits. Several sites ran the article and now they have all vanished misteriously. Dr. Phillip Wagner has retired from the VA clinic but before retiring he sent a letter to Congressman Mike Thompson through a Social Worker hired by the Eureka Veterans Clinic, the letter went in form of a packet with medical evidence backing up his opinion that the hepatitis C did infact show up on service medical records inbetween inoculation shots with the jet injector airgun system. He states in his letter that both the leg injury and the hepatitis C are service connected. After speaking with the social worker sent to work with the Congressmans office I gathered that the Congressman was also writting a letter to add to Dr. Wagners official opinion and being sent to the Oakland Regional Office requesting that the Veteran be treated fairly in this matter of compensation. Two news papers and one TV News station have requested interviews with me to be with in the next couple of weeks. If you are interested, as they are published I will email them to you.
Sincerely,
Scott Rose

Dear Miss,
I was just writting to bring your attention to a very bold article written by The Humboldt Beacon-countys news weekly about a Veteran with hepatitis C being denied service connected disability even after a VA physician found when , where and how the virus was transmitted through airgun or jetinjector innoculation shots while in basic training. Dr. Philip Wagner, founder of the Eureka Veterans Clinic in Northern California discovered the information by going through the veterans military medical records for the Vietnam Era. Congressman Mike Thompson has requested the VA to advance the Veteran on the appeals docket because the hepatitis C has now turned to portal triad cirrhosiss. The single parent is raising a teenage daughter in poverty because the hepatitis C has totally disabled him since he has had it for over thirty years now and has turn to chronic hepatitis C. A must read for Veteran who believe they recieved their hepatitis C via the airgun innouclation shots while in the service. I would be glad to email you a copy of the article to post if you will send me an email address or snail mail address. Thank you , Scott Rose Legends in Stone Mosaic Art Gallery
