We stayed in April 2008 for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Marshall's Suite and absolutely loved it. Plenty of room. Located very close to the barns. My hores absolutely loved their accomodations too.
Mark is very hospitable and was very knowledgeable and helpful if needed. I love Big South Fork and hope to return this fall.

Mark was a great host. It was our first trip to Tennessee and we loved it. The hospitality was wonderful, never felt so welcome and at home at a horse camp before. I just cant say enough about the hospitality ( Thank you really makes a long trip worth it, 14 hours if you wondering) The facility is very clean, nice barn and bathhouse, alot better then a outhouse. Nice tack store. The trails are great, you can leave the campgound and hit the trails, or Mark will trailer you out to trails you want to ride. We didn't even ride 1/4 of the trails, so we will be back. Already have other people wanting to come with us. We got some really nice pictures I will e-mail some of them to you soon. If you thinking about going to True West, just do it, you wont be disappointed. Wonderful hospitality, very clean nice facility, and great trails, what more could you ask for. (Thanks again Mark for a great time)

We have camped, boarded horses, rented the cabin and stayed in the Marshall's Suite. Even spent our honeymoon at True West. Clean, friendly, and accommodating in every way. If you like to ride, you need to visit Big South Fork and stay at True West. Great access to trails from their campground.

Our First visit to Truewest was in Nov 2007. We loved it. The campground was really nice and so was the barn. Mark had us a map each day of good trails to take and was very helpful in anything we needed. We will be back.

We visited True West in October , loved the trails several we did not get to so we'll be back next year. The campgrounds were very nice and clean. Sure did enjoy playing music with Mark he's one fine banjo player. The location of True West is fantastic you need to come try it out.
Thanks Mark

What a great place! I have never camped anywhere as CLEAN or comfortable as True West. Mark was a welcoming host and even trailered us out to another place to ride one day. Although this was my first time there, the rest of the group I was with comes back every year--Now I know why! We like it here so much we're bringing more people next year!
