i have a 1992 chevy caprice, i was told it was a 305...and 4.7 liter. police interceptor, air shocks, air horn, dual exhaust, it also came with 2 15's and two amps in the trunk...what would that be worth, if nothing was really wrong with it, what would it be worth. and what would be the top speed? just a question cause im not to bright with cars, deathwaits4noman@yahoo.com

I have 1994 Crown, it used to belong to the local fire chief in a small town. Talk about a nice performer and great condition. Options are incredible and so forth, but you know that already. I am a severe weather spotter and use it for that purpose as a volunteer with the emergency management agency in our county. I have the appropriate radio gear in it for that purpose and feel terribly conspicuous at times and uncomfortable when people slow down behind me. I have lights but they are not displayed unless I am spotting. I hate the impersonator as well which maybe is the reason why I feel uncomfortable, thinking people may see me as that.

I share your love for Ex-squad cars. I myself own a 92 Crown Vic. local sheriff vehicle. I am an EMT and I have Put a light bar on top of the car and a dash light and headlight flashers. The only thing is I had to paint over the stripes on the sides of the vehicle because everyone thought i was the new undercover car for the sheriffs dept.lol I enjoy my vehicle because of the performance and ride of the car the only problem I have is that I have bench seats in the front so I cant put in a console and Im squeeqed for space because I have to use it for a family car also. Any ideas on how to fix my problem?

Not much except that some parts of your site is true. Specially the one about fake or used police car buy by normal citizen. I'm a cop and I caught few of them playing cop. My friend, that cost a lot to them for doing this.
