Married Thomas Worthington we live in Statesville, NC have 2 girls Amy 17 and Robin 15. We will be married 19 years in April. Not many '87 grads on here. Hard to believe it has been 20 years! Where is everyone from '87?

Time fly's when you are having fun, and down through the years we had a lot of fun being part of the Band of Gold. The entire area loved and appreciated the Band of Gold for many years, Iaeger was always proud of their band, no matter where they performed. Today the school is struggling to keep a band program, there are not good Jr High programs such as that of Mr. Rickman, Ms. Curry or Mr. Nelson. What I am concluding is that we need to come together, put aside any disagreements and have a good alumni band, one more time, for the fans and for ourselves. Iaeger High School is coming to an end and there may be only 1 or 2 Homecoming games left. I would like to see young and old come together and demonstrate our love and respect for our Band of Gold. Let's not use this web page as a forum but please send me an e-mail if you wish to participate. Everyone from the bands of R D Hamden to the present need to be represented. Let's bring the Band of Gold together, one more time, and enjoy being together as the Band of Gold family.
