I was just wondering how many of you out there will be attending the Fort Allen Reunion during the Labor Day Weekend that will be held in Nashville, Tenn. I was at Fort Allen from May, 1970 thru December 1971. I was a Radioman (not IT as they are now called) in the CommCenter. I have a lot of great memories of Fort Allen. Some of the shipmates that I hung around with are Bill Mahodil, Mike Davis, Bill Sheltry, Robert Linton, Terry Taylor, David Stutsman.There are quite a few more, but it would take a while to list all of them. I made the reunions in Pensacola and St. Louis, but I missed the one in San Diego due to the fact that my youngest daughter was getting married in Las Vegas. Not only did Vegas get my money at the tables and slots, but the hotel got my money to marry my little girl. Oh well! It was well worth the trip. Here's hoping that a lot of the guys from my time at Fort Allen will be in Nashville. See you there!

I was at Ft Allen from 74-77 in Security as BMC, had a lot of good times there with my wife Linda and son Abe. Wondering about some old cronies like George White and Jim Bailey.

I was stationed at Fort Allen 68-70 and left for Vietnam. I remember Ron Labell, Ron Healy, Dick Sawyer, Steve Ceasar and those steak sandwiches at the enlisted club. I worked on the tape deck and recvrs.

We were at Ft. Allen from 1963-66. Had wonderful memories. My Dad was CM1 Jim Curry and worked at the Receivers site in Salinas. Loved the 2002 Reunion! Would love to hear from anyone who remembers our family.

1971-1973 Arrived as a GMGSA and left as a GMG2. Worked in Security Dept. as a Base Shore Patrol and then a MAA with BMC Louis Dampier, CMAA. Was known by "Ski". Worked for CWO3(Bosn') T.O. Meeler. Married Betsy from the Club but later divorced. Played organ in a band called "Black Waters" at the club. Use to hang with GMG2 Tom Pine, GMG2 Foster, and a couple of ET's. Was friends with people who owned a Honda Shop in Ponce. Was also there for 1970 flood when all the rental VW's at the exchange were floating around the base. Would like to hear from anyone who remembers me. Retired after 22 years as a LCDR, LDO.

Fort Allen from Dec69 to April 71. At comncenter and at transmitter site. Bunked with Jim Burke, Mark O'leary. Steve Holland also a close friend. Had a great time there, met alot of great friends. Dennis Brothers, Bobby O'Neil, Bob King, Eugene Smith, just to name a few. Any reunions going on? Let me know
