An occurence on burwell ave. The house looked the same. I wondered what the family that lived there now would think if they new of the evil that once walked their floors? IT was 1961 the first thing I remembered was my mother holding me up by one arm, beating me with a stick. The beating would seem to never end. This was the beginning of years of physical and mental abuse I would endure from a violent alcoholic father and mentally deranged mother that would last for years until I finally got away in my teens. "cold it was within the manor, waiting like a wounded sparrow, helpless and forgotten."

Omg, dealing with this has been really hard, but this site has made me relise, that I'm not the only one! It has helped me a ton too! Of course, I never would've found this site, if it weren't fo rmy friend Nathan. . . Oh, and you should read the book "Speak" it helped me also.
