I am researching the crew of a 57 squadron Lancaster Bomber which was shot down on 22 october 1943 .One of the Air Gunners was Flight Sergeant WR Minter 421039 RAAF who was KIA. He was from Enfield NSW. I am looking for any possibilites of finding a photo of the man.Any assistance would be welcome.

Great site,
pity there isn't more to look at though!
I love the B52 photos, am I allowed to put a couple on my site, I am writing a post on the recent B2 crash at Guam (last Saturday) and they are sending B52s to replace the B2s. Anyway, I could give your site a credit and it might bring more traffic, not that you need it by the look of your stats!
Cheers,
and I was only just off the Nam draft, my older tow bros missed out...luckily for me Whitlam got in!

Thjese are great pictures and stir up great memories of Terendak. I was there 1966-69with 1 KSLI/3LI and used to drink and eat with two good Aussie mates named Les Fuller and Simon Finlay. Does anyone know them as I would like to drop them a line just for old times sake. My nickname in those days was Curly and I was in the British Army under the assumed name of Lea (long story!)
