A Veteran is someone who, at one point in his life wrote a blank check Made payable to 'My Country' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor,
A hero is not defined by how they die but how they lived

At present I am helping put together a book about the "Kurrajongs" from Inverell and District. These men left Inverell as of 12th January 1916 up until June of 1916.
If anyone out there had ancestors who were among this elite group of men fromthe New England (they joined the 33rd at ASrmidale) please contact me ASAP.

Hi
I have found the Soldiers Guide in my Dad's belongings along with his RAF photos. The booklet is in very good condition as are his photographs, money, innoculations, letters and a copy of Royal Air Force Malaya Open Boxing Championships 1949 programme. Any help with info would be appreciated.
