CAR-CAR knocked it out of the PARK today at Stars in the Alley. Her "Winner Takes it All" was enough to get this jaded New Yorker to the Cadillac Winter Garden once and for all. Carolee makes ABBA sound like Sondheim. BLESS HER! There is no one quite like our girl.

Carolee Carmello is one of the most amazing talents. I find myself listening to her cast recordings and playing her tracks over an again. Hello, Again seems to be the current CD being worn out. What versatility, command, power! i just recently moved to the city and have this fantasy of running into her on the street. Wouldn't that be great! Definitely a dream to be onstage with her. Wow. Anyway, it's late and I'm probably less than coherent at this point. Thanks for the site!

We were just at the Winter Garden Theater on 5/7/05 to see Mamma Mia and thought you were absolutely amazing!! You were born to play the role of Donna, unbelievable actress and what a voice! I was choked up on several occasions during the show. That was the most fantastic broadway play I have ever seen to date!!!

Hi Carolee -
Just browsing your site to see what you are up to these days. I always try to keep track of your shows. I am coming to NYC on Saturday and would love to "see you" in something, but have seen "Mamma Mia" and just can't do it again! (Not even sure if you are still in the cast.) Hope you are well. You certainly have some solid fans, judging by the comments found here!
