Carolee,
I love your voice, it is incredible! I loved you in Parade and I just purchased Infinate Joy: The Songs of William Finn! I love the songs that you performed:
"When the Earth Stopped Turning" and "I Have Found". Where can I get my hands on the sheet music? I do a cabaret on friday nites and would love to be able to perform these songs. I hope you can help me. In the meantime keep doing what your doing and spread joy and happiness with your beautiful voice. Thank you,
Sunshine Peck

Dear Carolee Carmello,
Yesterday (4-14-05), for the second time, I saw "Mamma Mia!" You were amazing, again! After the show my grandfather, my mother and I went to the stage door. You were there and you signed my Playbill and my mom took a picture of us. I'm probably one of your youngest fans. Do you remember me?
Catherine D.
P.S. I am ten.
P.P.S. Your voice is absolutely amazing!
P.P.P.S. If you do email me back, please send a copy to my mom at bergencountymom@aol.com just to make sure I get it!

I need your help. I am not a telemarketer nor do I want money. I need your talent. The arts are in danger of disappearing in middle schools. Because of standardized testing in the core subjects and budget cuts, music, art, and drama teachers/programs are being cut. I need your help to try and save these programs for kids. I am doing a new keynote address around the nation to educators regarding the issue of standardized testing and the elimination of fine arts programs. I would like to have you and the other 2 ladies from Mamma Mia do the song - The Name of the Game. I will change the lyrics and make the words a satire about how standardized testing has gotten out of hand and how fine arts programs are being cut from schools all over the nation. I would be willing to fly to NYC and discuss with the three of you. You can go to my website at www.middleschoolconsulting.com By the way, I saw you in Mamma Mia on Sunday, March 13th. You and the production - AWESOME! My wife will be there tomorrow night - Friday, April 8th with her parents. I'm praying there won't be an understudy for any of the 3 main leads. Please get back to me ASAP about this project. I promise you, it will not be time consuming. I would also be glad to compensate you. Beyond the compensation, I hope you will see this as a chance to help save fine arts programs around the nation for middle level kids. Bill Denney

I have seen Mamma Mia in five different productions including the original in London. Ms. Carmello is by far the best acted and sang Donna Sheridan. Congratulations, Ms. Carmello!
