ok - i just saw BABY at papermill. i didnt know the show before, i barely knew "i want it all" and "story goes on", and OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS SHOW! the cast was RIDICULOUS, all broadway vets, and they were AMAZING, CAROLEE WAS SOOOOOOO MOVING, esp if you saw it and/or know how they changed the ending. anyway, does anyone know, or can anyone find out, or does anyone want to make an educated guess as to whether or not they will make a new cast recording from this production. i REALLY hope they do, because it was one of the best productions of a show i've ever seen (broadway or not). thanks for your help, hopefully -andrew

Carolee, I hope you remember me as I will never forget your kindness and trust as I joined the crew of Remember Wenn. You always allowed me to be as creative as I wanted with your hair during the 4th season. Do you recall all of the 3am calls you and I shared. You always showed up to my chair with a warm smile and a kind word as we got through those cold long mornings. Plus to this day I can't remember a more beautiful head of hair to work with. I hope you and your family are enjoying a beautiful and rich life. Remember Wenn will remain one of the highlights of my career and you a very special part of that, love Danton

Carolee I am now, again enjoying the Parade tape. Youre terrific , girl!!! My son is an actor, with dreams hopes and some signs that all is possible for him. He is graduating from Yale in May.........and forward and onward for him. Im wondering if you would let me know who did some of your headshots....They are terrific........gorgeous one of you full face forward, with jeans. any suggestions for agent??? he singing also........hes doing Forestburg summerstock theater this summer...........would love your reply thanks!!! (im a singer also in community theater) im the mother who gave the bug to son!!!

Dearest Mildred...er, Lily I'm hurtling into the Megalopolis to rehearse (rrrrolled rrrr's) Cy Coleman's newest show -- THE GREAT OSTROVSKY. I'm doing the title role so perhaps it will be downgraded to THE PRETTY GOOD OSTROVSKY. Rehearse in NYC, open in Philly at the Prince Theatre then, who knows....I was hoping to see your turn in URINETOWN, but, unless my info is whacko, it appears to have closed. More's the pity. I've heard of your fabulosity in the role. I'm blown away by your unofficial website--Is there an OFfICIAL one?!?. I have become an ardent subscriber (though don't expect any bread--I'm back in theater, dahling.) I hope we bump into each other along the "Rialto" I hope you will also send along my best to Greg (Il Voce) and mad kisses to you, Darling Diva. (I'm in NYC for February, then March in Philly.)
