Brent, Just wanted to pass along my thanks to you for the beautiful Sitka tops that you sold me. I sent them to my luthier in Paraguay and when he opened them he thought he was looking at European spruce. In fact, he commented that it was better than any of the master grade European spruce he had been purchasing, including the Bear Claw. As a result, he wants me to buy him some more sets to send him in Paraguay. Of course, I will be more than happy to do just that. He has already built me three beautiful concert guitars and he is in the process of building me two more at the present time. I am going to have him match up one of your Sitka tops with a nice set of Padauk that I have with him and build me a nice concert guitar from that one. I recently received my shipment of sitka spruce tops from you Brent and I must say that you have done an excelent job in selecting these quality tops. I have bought master grade tops from others that did not compare to the fine job of quarter sawing you have done with these. I was very impressed with the sixty year old sitka from the Head selection. The grain is almost as wide as a piece of red spruce might display but it is so evenly spaced accross the entire board I can hardly believe my eyes, and the tap tone is just amazing. This thing rings like a bell,and is as stiff in both directions as any master grade sitka I have ever seen. I am very excited about each and every piece I have purchased. Thanks so much keep up the good work.

Just wanted to let you know the stika spruce bearclaw sound board material was absolutely beautiful. There is no doubt this piece of wood will make sweet music. I will be ordering from you again.

Hi Brent, The archtop wedge and dreadnought top arrived in London right on cue! Thanks for picking such nice pieces - the colour of the wedge was very similar to the guitar on the front of Benedetto's book, which was the one that inspired dad's decision to have me make him an archtop in the first place :-) Thanks also for the friendly and helpful correspondence - you are a credit to your industry!
