Received my first order from Alaska Specialty Woods in good order and time. It was PREMIUM GRADE FULL FIGURED BEARCLAW SITKA DREADNAUGHT GUITAR and it is as nice as advertised. The grain is very tight and straight. The colour is very light and even. The figure entirely covers both plates and is so deep that it is hard to tell which faces were together in the log. This is quite rare. I will try to do it justice with the dreadnought I'm using it for. Thank you very much Brent Cole Sr.

This was my first order with Brent so I ordered a mix of various grades to get a feel of their product. Everything came as described and in some cases even better than expected. Brent took the time to listen and then make suggestions to insure that I got the best mix of tops to fit my budget. I believe I have found a company I can entrust my future Sitka orders with.

Brent was great to work with. The tops came in as described on the sales page. While I have to acclimate this wood before I use it, as you would with any wood purchased from a different area, its' appearance is great and it taps out super nice. I would recommend Alaska wood products. Thanks
