I think everyone should try an "Old Snag" top or head. They are amazing. Every guitar I have made with one of these blew me away. Just put Old Snag in the search and you will find them. This is very similiar to the "Goose" tops Goodall was using a few years back. They were a $1500 upgrade on his instruments before he ran out of them. Basically it is an old tree that stood for over 60 years, dead and it finally fell over and Brent decided to check it out. There was usable wood in the tree and we all are lucky to be able to get this rare stuff. THANK YOU BRENT!!!!

My last order of a dozen master classical tops was
fantastic. Nice silk, perfect qtr, glassy tap tone and
stiff. I will be placing another order very soon.
