I include the best Master Grade Sitka Spruce for my hand built guitars .I like using Alaska Specialty woods. Just the idea of picking up the phone and talking with the owner makes a ton of difference. I only make a few instruments a year for a clientel of working musicians. I can only buy the best woods available if I am going to put my time and energy into, not to mention putting my name on these instruments.I have always enjoyed hand delivering my instruments and watching the new owner bond with the instrument Just think how that beautiful music started life many years before when it was rescued from the sawmill by ASW!Thanks for the hard work
