I bought 7 "head" tops and they are absolutely great. Brent was great also - we spoke on the phone for about 30-45 minutes. Hi Brent! We just received the shipment of AA bearclaw sitka spruce tops you sent, and I was very impressed! All of the material is just beautiful; great figure throughout most of the tops, and they're nice and stiff, too. Several of them have a splendid resonance in the low frequencies even at over .160" thickness! I just got in a shipment of lacewood back/side sets with the same low resonance, and can't wait to pair the two up, should be just amazing for a pre-war type instrument.
