Hi Lori, I am not that far from you. I saw you on the Lifetime thing. Its easy to get like that. I was once that way too. It just becomes a life style. You just have to force yourself to get out more. But if there are days you just don't feel like it so what. My kids call me a hermit. lol hang in there Tina
