I have a picture frame with a raised embossed silvered tankard and a pair of cufflinks from the Froth Blowers. They came out of an old house in Cape Town and I think were bought on auction there. They have been in the family for many years. I am from South Africa. I have it here on IOM.

A great time had by all at the Lambs Inn London.
I'm looking forward to the meeting at the Froth Blowers Pub later in the year so I can polish up on my singing.

My wif'es grandfather was an early member of the AOFB and his membership booklet is still in the family. Until about 3 years ago I tried ceaselessly to discover more about the Order but to no avail. What surprises me is that, given the membership numbers and branches,it has been impossible to find any AOFB regalia (of which there was much) at any boot fairs,antique/curio shops etc.

I have just finished scanning & uploading the entire Frothblowers' Manual and it can be found clicking on the URL link above. It is a fairly rough scanning job - let me know if it gets too difficult to read.

Just taken possession of some cufflinks, good ole eBay. Can't wait to shoot the linen. Toying with setting up a website regarding the AOFB and would welcome any pictures of items especially the cigarette case. Full picture credit given if I proceed.

Have a look at http://www-tech.mit.edu/archives/VOL_047/TECH_V047_S0121_P002.pdf
Column 4, below the illustration, has some interesting information about the AOFB, and especially the Oast Box.
