I served in Waveland at the NC Med One hospital in Sept/Oct. 2005. My serving inspired others to serve. I applaud your journey and am amazed at your physical and mental fortitude. God bless. We must run the race set before us with perseverance!

Hey Sam, Kirsten & Diane,
We're following your progress and keeping the prayers for all of you flowing heavenward. So glad Eric is coming to join and support you tomorrow. Stay focused on the goal, and enjoy the beauty of our great land that you see from a very personal perspective as you run.
We pray as a group for you every Fri. 7am, and individually daily! May God breathe life and strength into you every step of the way.
All God's blessings,
Sarah

Hi Sam. Thank you for your support. I live on the coast still and lost all in the storm also. Its people like you who will help the Gulf Coast survive and your efforts are very appreciated. I hope I get to see you when you come through BSL. Good luck to you and stay safe.

Hi Sam and Company,
Kirsten, it was so good to hear from you this morning and know that all is well. The prayers are going up continually. You were all at the top of the prayer list yesterday morning when I met with my 3 friends. My new mantra is "Obedience brings blessing."
Much love, Kathy

Hi Sam,
Excellent work! I grew up in Vicksburg and lived there for 30 years(aside from attending Millsaps College in Jackson)- I really appreciate the efforts you have put into the Gulf Coast recovery. I ran my first marathon in January- PF Changs Phoenix and can't imagine you doing it in the summer time. God's speed to you! Take care and continue to spread the hope and optimism to the Gulf region.
