Sam,
Wow! I hiked the AT in 04! I thought the AT was tough; and I cannot imagine how you ran the entire AT. It is so so rugged in places. I went with a group from Alexandria (VA) to Delcambre LA two weeks ago to help rebuild a home destroyed by Rita. It was a great experience. The need is enormous and the people so grateful to those who come to help. That said, I am worried about you. Listen to your body and please take care of yourself.
