I spent a week in Waveland/Bay St. Louis in April with 3 teenagers and we worked hard to help the people of MS. They were so welcoming and caring and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant despite their horrible situation. Anything that is done to help these warm, wonderful people is worthwhile. Unfortunately, I will be out of the state on Aug. 5th but am forwarding this link to everyone in my address book. Great luck in your endeavor and know that you have my support.

There are no original, non-cliche, words I can say to tell you how much I commend you. I am a twenty year old girl who wants to make a difference in society and better it for all those without money or resources, and I find it really hard to find other young people to connect to who are more concerned with saving the sad state of the world than with the newest louis vuitton bag. Your efforts give me hope that I can do something too, AND have it actually make a difference. I support you and I can't wait until you come through New Jersey so that maybe I could have a chance to tell you. Thank you for what you are doing.

Please post your times. I want to donate, but would like to know your times for "running" these marathons. I wish you all the best, but you claim to be "running" all these marathons... what do you mean by "running"? God speed, you amaze everyone, you brave man.
