Ok so I tried to stay off of here these days but I feel that I should express myself here. 1st of all, we called our following "the people" so I think that it is great that people are sharing their feelings on here (good and bad) we are a group for the people in my mind so every one's opinion is not only valid but also important to me. Even if things are said attacking the band, individual members, our friends and family or even myself. These seem to be uncertain days and no one knows whats the future of this band, no one ever has. I have to say that I am lucky to have played guitar with such amazing musicians, and that (you of all people) as well as all you people have given me the most fun in music I think I have ever experienced. Both Bobby and Brent saw it fit to leave this group (family) for their own reasons, though it did hurt, and though in that pain there may be unkind words desired to be said, in all honesty I pray that they are happier in their lives. I hope that no one feels let down by us, the one guarantee that I can make is that in what ever capacity this band chooses to continue in will still stand to the standard that we set fourth for ourselves. You people make the ride worth it, as well as make the dreams of us striving musicians more and more a reality. I look forward to seeing you in the new year, in a new way. I love you all, shawnT

Don’t fight over it. There are plenty of nuts for your mouth too. I’m just as generous with them as you both are with your opinions. You’re right, John wasn’t mean about it, but it was my clever way of disagreeing. I dig the singer’s voice and style. I just think it’s arrogant to go to a band’s website and post what you don’t like . . . suggestions can be cool to some degree, but statements are presumptuous. There are plenty of bands I don’t like for plenty of reasons, but I don’t go around posting on their websites because I know that since I don’t like the band or the music, I am not their target audience. They are not playing for me – they are playing for their fans and themselves (and they should stay true to that). Musicians are artists. If you are not a fan, then just don’t listen to the music. There’s lots of music out there for you to listen to without thinking your opinion matters about all of it. Why would you ask a band to change something that you don’t like when lots of people that aren’t you like it just the way it is? – I don’t think you’re opinion matters more than the fans.
