I just found your site and I'm so excited because I'm new to Webtv or MSNtv. I've had mine for about 2 months but 2 weeks of that was waiting for a replacement because the first one died. I sure had a tough time getting a replacement--numerous phone calls and finally asked for my money back and was refused!! But finally they found one for me and now I'm happy again and so is my husband because I'm not whining anymore!!!

I am very disappointed when I try to use Cassie's WebTV Printables. Far too often it will not connect and I receive the message that it is under construction and will be temporarily unavilable. Usually it is a LONG time before I can access it. What is the problem????

I've had WebTV for 1-1/2 years and come back here for more ideas from time to time. This was one of the first sites I found and it was a great help when I was a newbie. Keep up help, Jon.
