Dear Paul and Michael,
A dear friend sent the link to your site. I wish to thank you for this
special tribute to our fallen commrads.
I have a memorial page on my site dedicated to all those who have lost
their lives, either by suicide or and the hand of another, because of
their sexual orientation. Although our brothers and sisters who lost
their lives on 9-11 were not directly targeted, they and those they
left
behind have certainly been victimized.
Over at IPL, we have a special tribute page. I am going to devote a
section to these fallen heros. It will take a short time as I will
need
to create a special graphic but when finished it will be able to be
found at http://community.webtv.net/emsave/ast.
I am most grateful for your site and assure you that we at IPL will do
our part to keep these memories alive. I realize that you are not
looking for any special recogntion, but IPL salutes outstanding
contributions to the GLBT community. If you would wish to have the URL
to the IPL Salute graphic, it can be found at

Your site brings out the true spirit of Memorial Day!
Hi!
Memorial Day is just around the corner and it is our duty to offer tribute and honor the heroes who laid down their lives to preserve our freedom. Let us celebrate this special day, taking into account September 11th, by letting your users send Memorial Day cards through our site and let our users discover the history and the heritage of Memorial Day through http://www.angelfire.com/fl3/uraniamanuscripts/sept11.html.
Our cards are absolutely free in an age where most e-card sites are paid. Let us take this opportunity to celebrate this event together.

Subject: Remembering Jeff Collman, American Airlines Flight Attendant
Jeff Collman was the love of my life, best friend and domestic partner
for 11 years. He was an American Airlines flight attendant on Flight 11, the first plane to be hijacked and crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. He was an incredibly loving individual who changed my life when we met on August 25, 1990. When he would go on a trip, he would leave a trail of post-it notes telling how much he loved me. His last note, still in its original place on my bathroom mirror, greets me every morning with "Guess who loves you!". I am incredibly blessed he called me early in the morning on September 11th to tell me one more time he loved me and couldn't wait to get home. Jeff truly was my best half.
