Thanks for this wonderful page! At first, I never cared if they were gay or not. To me, it didn't make a difference and it seemed like people just had to acknowledge gays just because. And I figured if they do, so will all kinds of people from various religions, ethnic backgrounds, etc. But didn't they already do this? So now I find this page and am happy to see that it was done. It puts a different perspective on things. What I didn't realize and found out much, much later is that my cousin was suppose to be on that flight that crashed in PA. He was a flight attendant and that was his regular route, but he switched with someone else. I didn't realize he was a flight attendant now. So I was thinking if he didn't make it, would they capitalize on the fact that he was gay? Because most of my relatives don't know about it yet. Anyway, thanks again for this page.

A fitting and memorable tribute to the heroes of 9/11. I am moved and impressed. this is a page to bookmark and return to often. Lord of all, may they rest in the arms of Mother-Father, God, from whom we all come and to whom we will all return. May those of us who are still in this world use the memory of their heroism to inspire us all to continue, each in their own way, to fight the good fight for victory over oppression. Not just Gay oppression, but the oppression of all people on this earth. So be it.

I am the mother of two gay sons and incredibly proud of both. I am outraged at any belief system that espouses hatred to anyone and have worked with P-Flagg to help parents come to grips with, love and enjoy their gay children. Please, Please, Please educate yourselves before speaking and acting out hatred. shane simmons
