Just wanted to say THANKS to everyone! Thought I should let everyone know whats happening. The 4th district court of appeals in Richmond dismissed all counts against Coe that our local Federal Judges felt where justified counts.Our local Judge really spent the time to review the cases and decided that Coe was grossly negligant-big part because he didn't just hit him once but twice. Anyhow the conservative panel of judge did not see it that way, since the Supreme Court made a new ruling in May on the Scott cases. Please keep in mind that unlike the Scoot cases there was no high-speed involved with Tiny. Now the only thing left is to petetion the Supreme Court to look into Tiny's case.Since Tiny's case is the first one to be heard since the Scott ruling who knows...Just thought ya'll would like to know where things stand 6 years later. well if there was no such thing as POLICE BRUTALITY as we see it is becoming more and more common eveveryday on the t.v! then maybe people would feel safer stoping for the law?but the LAW HAS BECOME CORUPT and people do not feel safe around the MAN any longer!and in some states it is recommended that you do not stop for them(THE PIGS) until you get in a more public place where there are others around as witnesses!AND THE PIGS HAVE GENERALLY NEVER TREATED LONG HAIRED/BEARDED BIKERS LIKE THEY WOULD THE REST OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC!! SO UNTIL THE PIGS(THE LAW)ARE PROSCUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW WHEN THEY STEP OUTSIDE OR ABOVE THE LAW PEOPLE WILL NOT FEEL OR BE SAFE!! SO I DO NOT FEEL SORRY WHEN A PIG GETS KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY AS THAT IS HIS/HER JOB AND OH WELL IF ANOTHER PIG BITES THE DUST......

LIKE I HAVE SAID MANY A TIME HERE AT THIS SITE TINY YOU ARE MISSED GREATLY AND THUS THE REASON FOR THE DOUBLE POST! WAS THINKING ABOUT THE CRAZY/THINGS WE ALL DID TOGETHER MANY YEARS AGO AND WANTED TO SHARE JUST (1) SUCH INCIDENT AND MAYBE IT WILL BRIGHTEN SOMEONES DAY LIKE IT DID MINE! TINY, SMOKY(RENE) & MYSELF WERE RIDING OUR SCOOTERS AROUND NORTH CAROLINA AND WERE HEADED FOR MOORHEAD TO HAVE A FEW BEERS. TINY WAS DRIVING HIS OLD CHOPPER THAT HAD A PRETTY LONG FRONT END AND AS WE PULL INTO THIS PARKING LOT TINY GETS A WILD HAIR TO DO A WHEELIE AND AS HE DOES A REALLY GREAT WHEELIE THE FRONT TIRE COMES FLING OFF THE FRONT FORKS AND I'M BEHIND HIM THINKING OH MY GOD NOW WHAT IS HE GONNA DO? WELL ANYWAY NO ONE GOT HURT AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO ASK SMOKY(RENE) WHAT WAS GOING THRU HER HEAD WHEN SHE SAW THAT TIRE TAKE OFF! IT WAS ALWAYS JUST IN FUN! THESE AND MANY MORE MEMORIES CAN NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY AND I THANK GOD FOR THAT!
