Great to see this website because it bring back a lot of memories from Yokosuko days. I was assigned to the main engineroom from 87 to 89 when I transferred to the USS Towers. Served aboard the USS REEVES DLG-24 from 65-69. Worked in the #2 Engine Room for Stewart MM1. Served with Davis MM2,Brown MM2,Burke MM3,Papoff MM3,Jaramillo MM3,Whiting MM3,John Paul Jones MM2,Dunham MM2,Aston MM2,Sam Immamura MM1.Messerich MM2,.Still have fond memories of Yokosuka, Japan and the New Bon Bar.

Arrived Reeves 9/68 as FTM1 left her in Bath, ME 4/69. I think for three days I was Fox Div LPO. The highlight of my career. Left the Navy in 7/69. On board for less than a but you couldn't find a better crew.
