My dad, Ray Lufkin was stationed at Wethersfield from 1980-1987.
me and my sister Lynn went to school at the base and Lakenheath, I remember my mom and dad used to have bbqs for the men that worked with my dad on base, cant remember what they were in but a couple names i remember were:Doug Quillan, and Todd Kidd. I would love to here from anyone that remembers my dad or my mom, Karen, or anyone that went to school with me or Lynn. especially heather napier, valerie hunter, chris reading, leroy johnson, ronnie stevenson, drew, shannon carrey, mitch roundtree, erica and joanna.

Thanks for the memories! I pulled an all nighter reading all 94 pages...my wife thinks I'm crazy, but I just couldn't stop. I served at RAF Wethersfield from Nov 68 until Jun 70 when I was sent to RAF Upper Heyford. I was an admin spec in the 20th Transportation Squadron. I'll dig out my pictures...would love to hear and share. Thanks again.

Well, look where im at, lived in chelmsford up until now, i was at that base from '88 to 91' and i will never forget it. Got married to a brit, got divorced, stayed there up til now and im off. All those that remember me, drop a line, big shout out to all those that were there for the parties, the sex, the drinking and the whole fun of the place. Loved it. Polo
