Stationed at RAF Wethersfield in the 2163 Comm. Sq. from 1969-1971 then RAF Croughton until 1973. I worked in teletype maint. Had some great times in the local pubs and area in general. Stationed in the tweener years Feb 75 to april 77 when it was a war readiness base. I was in the fire department with greg bynum, bob krans( aka quimby J) ken davis, goldy goldring, dave bumrming ham and so many other names I cannot completely remember. This site is giving me warm sensations all the good friends and great times and can we not forget all of the wonderful young women of the area who made it such a special place for a young man. Looking for friends of my dad, Carlie (Charlie) Moak. He worked in the PMEL lab. Stationend there Sept 66 to Sept 69. Dad and Mom (June) are both fine. They just drove up from Mississippi last night to spend Christmas with us. Dad is 73 Mom is 75. They are both still going strong. Please contact me if you know them. Thanks Beverly

Still trying to trace my father NORMAN JAMES WILMOT based in Wethersfield late 50's - early 60's. Married to my mum, Margaret, (now deceased). Have signed in on earlier occassions.
