I'm the lady searching for anyone with information on the 20th Medical Group/Tactical Hospital during the mid-1950's... also anyone who knew my mother, Shirley Dewberry Hartley, who was there with her husband, SSGT Charles C. Hartley, about 1953 - 1956.
Also looking for information on any American Indians who were serving at RAFW in the mid-1950's, especially with the Medical Group/Hospital. Thanks all!

I was at Wethersfield in the summer of 1963. That was the year of Operation Short Spurt. They sent a group of us over TDY thinking we would spend fewer American Dollars overseas in a unaccompanied status. That was an exciting year, the Great Train Robbery and the Profumo affair happended that summer. Enjoyed the pictures, I don't think people believed we were still living in WW II huts.
