I'm in the process of restoring my 1966 Toyota FJ-40 soft top. The previous owner replaced the original 6cyl. with a Chevy 350. I replaced the intake with an edelbrock performer and a holley 670 street avenger carb. Original 3 spd and t-case and stock 4:11 gears. Lifted a bit and has upgraded heavy duty springs so it rides like a cement mixer. The truck runs great but I have never had it off road. A bit intimidaded as I have no experience but would like to give it a try. I was thinking of selling it until I ran into your Secretary, Carl Smith who got me excited about the club.

I saw a rig drive by my neighborhood with your sticker on it. I was glad to see that there was a club locally. I have a 87 Samurai that I would like to go trail riding with. It is my daily driving machine that I have been building up.
